We had a really great time here. The kids were obsessed with the slides and didnt want to leave. It was nice and warm inside, and the whole place felt clean which I really appreciated. Definately a fun spot for a family day out

Honestly , I thought the prices were fair , and it felt like a good deal overall

The place looked clean and everything seemed to be in good shape. I’m usually a little skeptical about dealing with customer service if something goes wrong, but i didn’t notice any issues while I was there.

We stayed for the weekend the room was just what we needed. I keep thinking about the bed first because after skiing all day, that was basically the main event. Super comfortable, and the place was quiet too, which I didn’t fully appreciate until I realized we actually slept really well. Nothing fancy to complain about or pick apart — it just worked, and we were happy with it.

Had a decent stay at Jay Peak overall. The staff were friendly when we actually got someone to talk to, and check-in went smoothly. A couple people really did go out of their way to help us, which I appreciated. That said, there were a few moments where we felt kind of ignored, especially when things got busy and it was hard to get anyone’s attention. Not a perfect stay, but the nicer staff members definitely made it better.

I usually assume big crowds mean a lot of waiting around, but that really wasn’t the case here. The lines kept moving, and I barely had to wait anywhere. It felt like they had the crowd flow well figured out

I booked our stay through jaypeakresort.com, and overall it was painless. The site was easy enough to use, but I did feel like the final total and fees weren’t super clear at first, so I ended up going back through everything just to make sure I understood what I was paying for.
Check-in was friendly, but it definitely felt slower than it needed to be. Our room wasn’t ready right away, and the line seemed to move in a bit of an uneven way. My take is that it wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those average travel moments where things work out but don’t feel especially smooth.

Our food experience at Jay Peak was sorta mixed. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly, which we appreciated, but a few of the dinners didn’t really feel worth the price. Some items came out cold, and the menu felt a little limited at times. It wasn’t awful or anything, just sorta hoped for better from a resort.

I reached out to support and they got back to me fast. They were actually really helpful and made the whole thing a lot easier.

I stayed at Jay Peak for a quick weekend and the room was about as clean and comfortable as I was expecting, maybe even a little better. The bathroom looked fresh, the beds were made nicely, and I didn’t notice any weird smells or dust, which is always a big thing for me.

I can be picky with hotel rooms, so I was glad this one felt well taken care of. Housekeeping clearly did a solid job, and because the room met the standards I had in mind, it made the whole stay feel a lot more relaxing. I’d definitely stay again...

The snow was really nice, like fresh powder pretty much all day. Made the whole day feel a lot better.

Overall I had a good time on the mountain, but by late morning the lift lines were getting long. It wasn’t awful or anything, just kind of slowed the whole day down and made it feel like we were waiting more than riding. Still fun though. Anyway.

I was happy with the rental gear. The skis felt smooth right away, and I noticed little things like the edges actually being sharp and the bindings not feeling sloppy or loose. Even the bases looked decently waxed, which I always check for some reason. Nothing fancy, but they felt solid and easy to trust on the mountain

I took the tram at Jay Peak and had a great time. Getting on was super easy, the views were amazing, and the staff was really laid-back but helpful. It almost felt like they know the scenery is the real selling point and just keep everything smooth so you can focus on that. It was windy at the top, but in a fun, makes-you-laugh kind of way. I’d definitely do it again

The resort itself was fine, but the parking situation was frustrating. The lots felt far from where we actually needed to be, and the signage wasn’t clear enough, so we kept second-guessing where to go. If you’re traveling with kids, have mobility concerns, or just don’t want to risk a long walk in bad weather, I’d definitely plan ahead or ask about the closest parking options before you arrive. We ended up spending way too much time walking back and forth in the cold, which took away from the experience

I really liked how many different trails there were to choose from, and it made the day feel fun and flexible. The only downside was that it was almost a bit overwhelming trying to decide where to go next. Still, we had a great time overall and loved being able to mix things up throughout the day.

It’s a fun place overall, but it wasn’t the easiest with younger kids. The lines were long, and I didn’t feel like there was much help or guidance for families with little ones. Maybe I just picked a bad time to go, and I probably should’ve planned better, but it ended up being more stressful than I expected.

We spent the weekend at Jay Peak, the lifts ran way better than I was expecting. I always kind of assume resorts talk up their operations just to make the crowds feel less annoyed, but this time it actually held up.

There were definitely plenty of people around, but we weren’t standing there forever or getting hit with a bunch of random stops. The main lifts just kept moving, which made the whole day feel a lot easier and less like the mountain was trying to squeeze everyone through as slowly as possible.

I’ve been to spots where lift problems make you wonder if they overbooked the place and just hoped nobody would complain, but Jay Peak didn’t give me that feeling. We had a really solid trip, and I’d definitely go back.

We had a really good experience with this ski school. The instructor was patient and kind, and by lunchtime my son was already feeling brave on the snow. Check-in was easy too, which made the whole morning less stressful. I really appreciate when people work with kids in a way that builds confidence instead of pushing them too hard. We’ll definitely be back.

I was in a upbeat mood already, and the terrain park definitely kept that going. It was a fun setup with enough features to keep us busy for a good while without getting bored.
